Accordingly, the present study investigates the relationship between social capital on the probability of fraud as well as the impact of external monitoring on this relationship. In the present study, which is a descriptive correlational and a causal research, 144 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange were studied using multivariate regression model during 2009 to 2018 (10 years). According to the obtained results, there is a significant negative relationship between social capital and the fraud probability, but external monitoring has no effect on this relationship. The findings of this study also show that companies are less likely to commit fraud in the situation of high social capital and its results can be used by investors, government and auditors in decision making.}, keywords = {Social Capital,Fraud Probability,external monitoring,Corporate Governance}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر نظارت خارجی بر رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و احتمال تقلب}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش‌‌های بسیاری در حوزه حسابداری، اثر متغیرهای پولی بر سایر متغیرهای داخل شرکت را مورد بررسی قرار داده‌‌اند و کمتر به متغیرهای غیرپولی همچون فرهنگ، اخلاق، باورها و مذهب پرداخته شده است؛ بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی بر احتمال انجام تقلب و همچنین تاثیر نظارت خارجی بر ارتباط آنها است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی، همبستگی و پس‌‌رویدادی است که 144 شرکت از شرکت‌‌های بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1388 تا 1397 (10 سال) با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون چندمتغیره مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج بدست آمده نشان دادند که بین سرمایه اجتماعی و احتمال انجام تقلب رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد ولی نظارت خارجی بر این ارتباط تاثیری ندارد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، می‌‌توان نتیجه گرفت که در مکان‌‌های با سرمایه اجتماعی بالا احتمال انجام تقلب توسط شرکت‌‌ها کمتر است و سرمایه‌‌گذاران، دولت و حسابرسان می‌‌توانند از این نتایج برای اهداف ویژه خود استفاده کنند.}, keywords_fa = {سرمایه اجتماعی,احتمال تقلب,نظارت خارجی,حاکمیت شرکتی}, url = {https://www.arfr.ir/article_128145.html}, eprint = {https://www.arfr.ir/article_128145_526cc76f3e8f5cd0805734046e447e22.pdf} }
