On the other hands, suppliers rely on customers’ financial information and accounting quality to measure their creditworthiness when deciding on trade credit. However, when customer inventory liquidation costs are little, suppliers pay less attention to customer accounting information and its quality. Consequently, this study aims to examine the relationship between accounting quality and trade credit, and investigates if inventory liquidation costs has impact on this relationship. In this study the statistical sample include 111 firms listed at TSE between the years 2012 to 2019. Accrual quality is used as a proxy to determine accounting quality. To achieve the research objectives, two hypotheses have been proposed and to test the hypotheses multiple linear regression analysis in a panel data mode were conducted. The results of the analysis of regression models show that accounting quality has a positive and significant effect on trade credit. In addition, inventory liquidation costs don’t moderate the relationship between accounting quality and trade credit. The main findings of this study indicate that accounting negatively related to the use of trade credit. In other words, companies’ demand for trade financing decreases with accounting quality. Also, the effect of accounting quality on trade credit is not affected by customers’ inventory liquidation costs.  }, keywords = {trade credit,Accounting Quality,Inventory liquidation costs,accruals quality}, title_fa = {تأثیر هزینه نقدشوندگی موجودی‌ها بر رابطه بین کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری و اعتبار تجاری}, abstract_fa = {شرکت‌هایی که کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری آن‌ها پایین است، به دلیل عدم دستیابی به سایر منابع تامین مالی، تمایل بیشتری به استفاده از اعتبار تجاری دارند. از طرفی، اطلاعات حسابداری و کیفیت آن از عواملی هستند که تصمیم‌گیری تأمین‌کنندگان در خصوص اعطای اعتبار تجاری به شرکت‌ها را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. با وجود این، انتظار می‌رود زمانی که هزینه نقدشوندگی موجودی‌ها پایین باشد، تأمین‌کنندگان به اطلاعات حسابداری مشتریان و کیفیت آن کمتر توجه کنند. بر این اساس، هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی رابطه کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری و اعتبار تجاری و همچنین تأثیر هزینه نقدشوندگی موجودی‌ها بر این رابطه است. در پژوهش حاضر داده‌های 888 سال- شرکت پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1391 تا 1398، برای تحلیل مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و از کیفیت اقلام تعهدی به‌عنوان سنجه‌ کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری استفاده شد. به‌منظور دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش دو فرضیه تدوین و برای آزمون آنها، روش رگرسیون خطی چندمتغیره به‌کار گرفته شد. یافته‌های پژهش نشان میدهد، کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری بر اعتبار تجاری تاثیر منفی دارد؛ همچنین، هزینه نقدشوندگی موجودی‌ها بر رابطه بین کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری و اعتبار تجاری اثرگذار نیست. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش چنین نتیجه‌گیری می‌شود که بین کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری و اعتبار تجاری رابطه معکوس وجود دارد. به‌بیان دیگر، تمایل به دریافت اعتبار تجاری، با افزایش کیفیت اطلاعات کاهش مییابد. همچنین، نتایج حاکی از آناست که اثر کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری بر اعتبار تجاری، تحت تاثیر هزینه نقدشوندگی موجودی‌ها قرار نمیگیرد.      }, keywords_fa = {اعتبار تجاری,کیفیت اطلاعات حسابداری,هزینه نقدشوندگی موجودی‌ها,کیفیت اقلام تعهدی}, url = {https://www.arfr.ir/article_156485.html}, eprint = {https://www.arfr.ir/article_156485_2e1a9a09cc3a2ca55c39e461261cf893.pdf} }
