In fact, the reason for such behaviors is the personal motivation of managers to achieve their goals and maintain their positions, which makes them not to seek transparency of financial information. The present study examined the effect of myopic and optimistic management behaviors on the transparency of corporate financial information. According to the study variables measurements, the sample size consisted of 97 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange for the period of 2009-2016. A multivariable regression model was used to analyze the research hypotheses. The results of the research hypotheses showed that managers' optimistic behavior reduces the transparency of corporate financial information. This finding shows that managers are over-optimistic and do not seek transparency of financial information due to bias. Other results of the study showed that managers' myopic behavior negatively affects the transparency of corporate financial information. The findings suggest that managers consider short-term performances due to personal motivations and to achieve their goals and do not seek transparency of financial information.    }, keywords = {Management Optimism,Management Myopia,Transparency of Financial Information}, title_fa = {اثر رفتارهای کوته‎بینانه و خوش‎بینانه مدیریت بر شفافیت اطلاعات مالی}, abstract_fa = {سوگیری رفتاری مدیران از نظرکوته‎بینی و خوش‎بینی باعث تورش رفتاری می‎شود و این امر عدم‎تقارن اطلاعاتی و مشکلات نمایندگی را در شرکت‎ها بیشتر تشدید می‎کند؛ در واقع علت چنین رفتارهای ناشی از انگیزه‎های شخصی مدیران است که آنها برای دست یابی به اهداف و موضع خویش به شفافیت اطلاعات مالی نمی پردازند. بدین منظور، مطالعه حاضر اثر رفتارهای کوته‎بینانه و خوش‎بینانه مدیریت را بر شفافیت اطلاعات مالی شرکت‎ها بررسی کرده است. نمونه آماری پژوهش با توجه به اندازه‎گیری متغیرهای پژوهش شامل 97 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران برای دوره زمانی 1388-1395 می‎باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آزمون فرضیه‎های پژوهش از مدل رگرسیونی چند متغیره استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون فرضیه‎های پژوهش نشان داد که رفتار خوش‎بینی مدیران باعث کاهش شفافیت اطلاعات مالی شرکت‎ها می‎شود. این یافته نشان می‎دهد که مدیران بر اثر تعصبات، بیش از حد خوش‎بین هستند و به دلیل مغرضانه بودن، به شفافیت‎سازی اطلاعات مالی نمی‎پردازند. نتایج دیگر پژوهش نشان داد که رفتار کوته‎بینانه مدیران بر شفافیت اطلاعات مالی شرکت‎ها اثر منفی می‎گذارد. این یافته نشان می‎دهد مدیران در پی انگیزه و دست‎یابی به اهداف خود بیشتر به عملکرد کوتاه مدت می‎نگرند و به شفافیت‌سازی اطلاعات مالی نمی‎پردازند.    }, keywords_fa = {خوش‎بینی مدیریت,کوته بینی مدیریت,شفافیت اطلاعات مالی}, url = {https://www.arfr.ir/article_85305.html}, eprint = {https://www.arfr.ir/article_85305_e928bc5fb0eeb2fa8888dc9a3884ebbd.pdf} }
