Manuscript Acceptance Process
1. Submitted manuscripts must represent the original research and practical investigation of the author(s) and demonstrate novelty and innovation.
2. The journal reserves the right to edit manuscripts without altering their content and does not return submitted articles.
3. Manuscripts must be prepared using a scientific approach and based on reliable and credible sources.
4. Manuscripts should not have been previously published in any journal, conference proceedings, or other scientific collections, and must not be under consideration by another journal simultaneously.
5. Upon receipt, manuscripts are initially reviewed and evaluated by the Editorial Board. If the manuscript meets the journal’s requirements, it is sent simultaneously to three peer reviewers. After receiving the reviewers’ comments, the Editorial Board discusses the evaluations. If at least two reviewers provide positive feedback and the Board confirms the recommendations, the feedback is sent to the corresponding author for revision.
6. After revisions are made and approved by the Editorial Board, the manuscript is scheduled for publication.
7. Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscripts.
